• 1 Credit = €0.005 (200 Credits per euro). Credits are the single unit for everything Y does. You never see tokens, models or foreign-currency costs.
• Included Credits are added to your Workspace at the start of each monthly period. 20% of any unused included Credits roll over and stay available for 12 months; the rest lapse at month end.
• Purchased Credits (top-ups) never expire while your Workspace exists.
• Bonus Credits earned on larger top-ups expire 12 months after the top-up.
• Credits are used in this order: included, then bonus, then purchased.
• When Credits run out, Y pauses AI actions until you top up, or continues at the overage rate if your administrator has enabled overage or auto top-up.

Costs are shown to your administrator before expensive actions and in the Credit history afterwards. The current cost of every action is always visible in the app; if we change a cost we give notice under the Terms of Service.

Top up any amount from €5 to €25 000 in steps of €5. Two hundred Credits per euro. Larger top-ups earn bonus Credits:

Auto top-up: a Workspace administrator can set a threshold and an amount; when the balance drops below the threshold we charge the saved payment method and add the Credits. Switch it off any time in Billing.

Organisations that need contractual service levels (99.5% availability with Service Credits, defined support response times, EU data-residency commitments, security schedules and GDPR Article 28 processor terms) subscribe under a Y SaaS Subscription Agreement, priced per Workspace or per Named User and billed monthly or annually in advance. Y is also sold and supported by independent authorised resellers in several countries. Resellers contract with you in their own name, set their own prices and may bundle implementation and support. The prices on this page are Y-Institute's list prices for direct purchases and are recommended, not mandatory, for resellers.

• Direct purchases are paid by card, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit or bank transfer through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR], in euro, in advance. We store a payment token, never your card number.
• Consumer prices on this page include 21% Dutch VAT; at checkout, consumers in other EU countries see their own country's VAT rate (we account for it through the EU One Stop Shop under Directive 2006/112/EC). Business prices and proposals exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and customers outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT.
• An electronic invoice is emailed for every payment and is available in Billing.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for monthly plans and at least 90 days' notice, capped at the Dutch CPI plus 3 points, for fixed-term subscriptions. You can always cancel before a price increase takes effect.

The Personal plan is free and includes 1 000 Credits a month. Enterprise pilots are available on request.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades apply from your next renewal.
