About Us
Y was created to solve a problem we’ve seen time and time again across the organisations we've worked with. Training is always important; everyone knows it needs to happen, but it’s rarely given the time, structure, or resources required to make it truly effective.
Too often, training is manual, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Content becomes outdated, delivery is fragmented, and tracking real impact is almost impossible. It ends up being something that is done because it has to be, not because it drives real value.
Y changes that. By using AI to generate and manage training, and integrating directly into existing business systems, Y turns training into a seamless, automated part of the organisation. It ensures that learning is always relevant, always up to date, and delivered exactly when it’s needed, without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead.
The aim is to achieve training that brings more to a company rather than to tick the required boxes.
That is where the design for Y came from, because learning always starts with asking Y.
